Terms of Service – DigitaleCraft Solutions

Welcome to DigitaleCraft Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms outline the responsibilities and expectations between you (the “Client”) and DigitaleCraft Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional website services, including:

Custom website creation and design
Website performance optimization
Optional enhancements and additional features upon request

We serve clients globally, with a focus on the US, Canada, and Europe.

2. Project Timeline & Delivery

Delivery timelines for each package:

Basic Package: 10 business days
Standard Package: 20 business days
Premium Package: 45 business days

Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee, agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Projects require 50% upfront payment to begin.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Work will not start until the initial payment is received.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Small Services / Gigs ($15.99–$69.99):

Full refunds are available if the service is cancelled before work begins.
Once work has started, refunds are generally not available, though revisions may be offered if the delivered work does not meet agreed specifications.

Website Packages / Custom Projects ($50–$270+):

Full refunds are available if cancelled before any work begins, minus any administrative fees.
Once work has started, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, based on work completed, time invested, and costs incurred.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@digitalecraftsolutions.com. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and comply with Stripe regulations as well as EU, US, and UK consumer protection laws.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide all required content, assets, and feedback promptly.
Delays caused by the client may pause the project timeline.
Delays due to the client are not the responsibility of DigitaleCraft Solutions.

6. Ownership & Access

Upon full payment:

You receive full ownership of your website.
You have complete access and control, delivered according to your specifications.

7. Post-Delivery Support

Limited technical support is included per your selected package.
Additional maintenance or enhancements can be purchased separately after the support period ends.
